Bottle & counterfeit check

Verify Payarmin Authenticity

There is no public Payarmin lot database. Real verification is physical: an intact seal, a label that matches the documented panel, a printed lot and expiry, and a receipt from the maker's checkout. Run the eight checks below.

Clinical takeaways

  • Payarmin has no public lot-lookup database; any site offering one is inventing it.
  • Authenticity checks are physical: seal, label panel, lot and expiry, and a receipt from the official checkout.
  • The 60-day refund only covers orders placed on the maker's checkout.
  • If anything fails, email the maker with photos before using the bottle.

Why there is no "batch ledger" here

Some supplement sites show a box where you type a lot number and get a green "verified" badge. Unless the manufacturer publishes its production records, that box is decoration: it accepts any number. Payarmin's maker has not published a lot database or certificates of analysis, so we do not simulate one. The honest version of lot verification is to email support with your lot number and ask two questions: was this lot released by your facility, and can you send its certificate of analysis?

Seal and packaging security features

The bottle is amber glass, which protects the liquid from light, with a rubber-bulb dropper. Check that the dropper glass is not cracked, the liquid is clear to lightly cloudy rather than separated or mouldy, and the smell is lemony and sweet. Glycerin-based drops are thick; that is normal.

Unauthorized retailer warnings

Marketplace listings for supplements are often resellers. Their bottles may be genuine, but you lose the maker's refund, cannot confirm storage, and may get an older lot. Signs a listing deserves caution: a price well below $49 a bottle, a different bottle size, a different ingredient line in the photos, or a seller who cannot show where they bought the stock. Our counterfeit supplement guide goes deeper.

If a check fails

  1. Do not use the bottle.
  2. Photograph the label, the Supplement Facts panel, the lot and expiry, and the seal.
  3. Email [email protected] with the photos and your order number.
  4. If you bought from a marketplace, open a claim with that platform; the maker's refund will not apply.
